 Firstly, you will require 2 cups of fresh or canned lychees fresh or canned lychees, peeled and deseeded, half cup sugar, 1/4 cup of water and a squashing of lime or lemon juice. First, you need to chop the lychees into food processor or blender until pasty. In saucepan, dissolve sugar in water over low heat, until no grains of sugar is left, let it cool.
